Tips To Consider While Doing Charity Online To NGOs

Nothing in life gives you so much joy then doing good or giving someone something. Donation is the right word I think. That feeling of giving something to them who are in need is indeed a wonderful gesture. It is all together a different feeling of generosity and donating is a kind way to help the less privileged ones.

Donating for a noble cause is an amazing feeling but sometimes we do rush in donating and get the money handled in the hands of fraudsters. Well in this pandemic situation online donation has only been an option but there are some points to check before making any online donation to NGO in India

If you reading this blog and planning for online donation, then just make these certain things clear in your head.

1. Corporate social responsibility- CSR is quite an important part for the corporate sectors now. The companies with good turnover contribute for the betterment of society and nation growth. NGOs for CSR implementation is the best thing happened as they can easily get funds from there and can implement in the noble cause. NGO’s provide the corporates a right platform to use their money and a way to increase their reputation and goodwill in the market. So NGO’s find such rich partners.

2. Before making donations check whether the NGO is registered under government and FCRA or not. If they are registered so they can easily get assistance from government and can contact then for funds. If they are registered under FCRA then they can get donations from foreign sources. So yes NGO’s are not poor, you just need to be clear with this thought.

3. Everyone of us is well aware of the scams that are happening these days. You get a random call for OTP or links and you open them and yes you are under a scam. So please be save from it. Ask for the safe payment method. As a donor it is important for you to check that the donation you are making is going to the NGO and the targeted people only. So cash is anyways not a good option, better you transfer the money online or through cheque and ensure it has gone in the right hands.

Bottom line for the blog, if you know the organization is charitable and you want to support then better do the above research and make the best decision. You can also ask about their accountability and tax deduction.

HLFPPT - Best NGO Working for Skill Development

According to CMIE data, the unemployment rate rose from 7.1% in May to 7.8% in June, with rural unemployment rising by 1.4 percentage points to 8%, while urban unemployment fell by 0.9 percentage points to 7.3%, the lowest rate in India in 16 months. Some of the reasons for this include a lack of access to high-quality tertiary education and a growing skills gap. Skills development can aid structural transformation and economic growth by increasing employability and labor productivity and assisting countries in becoming more competitive.  Investment in a high-quality workforce can start a virtuous circle in which relevant and high-quality skills enable productivity growth and foreign direct investment, which leads to more and better jobs for the current workforce and more public and private investment in the education and training system. As a result, both the current and future workforces' employability and productivity improve. There are government approved NGOs that work on ski...
